The Turning Point For Others Started Here.
Miranda's Story
After 5 years of living with chronic back pain, simple things had become major challenges for Miranda. Walking more than 7 minutes would bring on discomfort. Playing with her kids on the floor was out of the question, and even bending to place a cup of tea on the table was her biggest trigger for pain. Over time, the fear of movement became just as limiting as the pain itself.
Through a structured approach focused on personalised and progressive exercise, gradual exposure to certain movements, and lifestyle adjustments, Miranda began to rebuild trust in her body. The goal wasn’t just strength — it was about reducing sensitivity and addressing the daily habits and stressors that were contributing to pain.
By the end, she was lifting 16kg from the floor, playing freely with her kids, and walking comfortably again. The pain no longer dictated every decision.
Every journey is unique, and results will vary — but Miranda’s story is a powerful example of what can be possible when pain is approached with the right structure, patience, and support.

FAQs

Unlike many clinic sessions that can feel rushed or follow a one-size-fits-all approach, these are 60-minute sessions tailored specifically to you, your pain experience, and your current starting point.
Yes, exercise is part of the process — but not in the “just strengthen your core” kind of way. We use modern pain science, movement, and targeted rehabilitation strategies to help you break the pain cycle.
The goal isn’t just temporary relief — it’s helping you understand what may actually be keeping you stuck, and building a clearer long-term path forward.
-
Persistent back pain is rarely caused by just one thing — which is why these sessions take a broader, whole-person approach rather than focusing only on symptoms.
Each session is 60 minutes, one-on-one, and tailored specifically to you. Depending on your situation, sessions may include education around pain and the nervous system, movement and rehabilitation strategies, flare-up management, confidence-building with movement, and practical lifestyle approaches that may be contributing to ongoing pain.
You’ll also receive simple exercises, practical strategies, and short educational resources to help you better understand your pain and continue building progress between sessions.
There’s no lock-in contract or long-term commitment required — sessions are simply booked as needed, so you can see whether the approach feels like the right fit for you.

✔ Yes, you can claim through private health insurance in Australia, depending on your insurer and level of coverage (best you check with them).
✔ After each session, you can submit the paid invoice to your insurer for reimbursement.
✔ It’s always best to check with your provider to confirm your eligibility and how much you can claim.

Most people with persistent back pain have already tried exercises before — stretching routines, core work, random rehab programs from social media, or generic exercises handed to them in a clinic.
The difference here is that there’s no one-size-fits-all exercise program for back pain.
The exercises and strategies used are tailored specifically to your current starting point, pain experience, confidence with movement, and nervous system sensitivity. For some people, that may mean starting very gently. For others, it may mean gradually rebuilding strength, movement tolerance, and confidence again.
We use a graded movement approach, which means movements are introduced progressively in a way that feels safe and manageable for your body — rather than pushing through flare-ups or reinforcing fear around movement. The goal isn’t just to “strengthen muscles,” but to help your body and nervous system become less protective and more confident over time.
-
Yes — absolutely.
Many people attending these sessions have been told they have disc bulges, degeneration, arthritis, or “wear and tear” in their spine. These findings are still taken seriously and considered as part of your treatment approach — however, persistent back pain is often influenced by much more than just what appears on a scan.
That’s why this approach looks at the whole system. Alongside your diagnosis and physical presentation, we also consider movement, nervous system sensitivity, stress, lifestyle factors, habits, fear around movement, and overall body health.

✔ Every exercise is adapted to your current abilities, so you will never be asked to do something that feels impossible or unsafe.
✔ If a movement doesn’t feel right, we modify it or find an alternative that works for you.
✔ The goal is not to push through pain but to build confidence in movement at a pace that suits you.
✔ Over time, as your body adapts, you may find that movements you once avoided become easier and more comfortable.
