DMI can be adapted for children of various ages, although due to the physical requirements needed to complete DMI effectively, we generally only work with children up to the age of 4 years.
Similarly, we generally only accept children up to a weight of 15kg so the exercises can remain safe and effective for the child and the practitioner.
